These terms apply when you use the Wag Ahead website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. “We” and “us” mean Wag Ahead, based in San Diego, CA.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and have a shipping address in the continental United States to place an order.

About our products

• AMBULO and our other products are for use in dogs only. They are not for human use.
• AMBULO is not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. No controlled clinical trials in dogs have been completed.
• Talk to a licensed veterinarian before giving your dog any of our products, and follow their advice on whether and how to use them.
• Keep products out of reach of children and pets.

Not veterinary advice

Everything on this site, including our research summaries and owner stories, is general information. It isn't veterinary advice and doesn't replace an exam by a vet who knows your dog. Individual results vary.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
• We may limit quantities, and we may change products and prices at any time. Changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method the order total, including any tax, when you check out.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our shipping and returns policy explains delivery times, our 30-day guarantee, and how refunds work. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier, but we'll still help if a package is lost or damaged as that policy describes.

Your use of the site

Don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we don't provide. The site's text, photos, logos, and design belong to Wag Ahead or our licensors. Don't copy them without permission.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in our 30-day guarantee, our products and site are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise any particular result for your dog.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest change.
